Commission TOS PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING
(Split into categories)
Purchasing:
1. I have every right to decline your commission if the design is too complicated, uncomfortable for me, brings up any trauma, disrespects any of the rules in this terms of service, or if you’re being disrespectful.
2. When you commission me please either send me a friend request on discord, message me on kofi, or send me an email
3. SUPER IMPORTANT!! YOU MUST HAVE A DISCORD ACCOUNT, A KOFI ACCOUNT, OR AN EMAIL, If you don’t provide at least one of these in your commission request you’re getting DECLINEEEED baby!! Exceptions are if you have commissioned me before!!
4. Please please PLEASE provide some sort of ref, clear drawing, or a detailed description of the character you want me to draw!! I cannot accept your commission if what you want isn’t clear to me.
5. If you’re ordering a reference sheet I will communicate with you more often to help you create what you want so be aware and ready to communicate
6. These commissions are not a way of donating, If you want to donate just please use the donation tab

The Commission itself:
1. If there is a way you want the character positioned or expressioned please tell me or I will assume you will be fine with me testing to see what will work
2. You cannot ask for a alternate version of the commission you purchased (like asking for a shiny version of your pokemon commission that is normal for example) because I will personally not be happy
3. Please don’t get mad if I ask for more info about what you want in your commission, it’s your commission I’m going to try and make it the way you want and please, you’re paying for it
4. If you want first priority, that is a purchasable option if you want to beat the line!
5. If you plan on altering the final product of your commission please just… keep it to yourself, it's a respect thing
6. Nothing suggestive or NSFW pleaseee, I am a child of GODDDDD-
7. If you ever want an update on your commissions progress I’ll gladly show you! Don’t be scared of being a burden or annoying if you do lol.
8. If I want i probably will add a bit of “pizazz” if I feel like adding it but if you don’t want me to add anything like that you can just ask me to remove it
9. Items don't cost anything extra don’t worry, though I won’t be drawing huge PILES of objects unless I can simplify it in a funny way cause that would be ridiculous
10. You're able to change characters if I haven't started on the commission yet, once I've started on your commission, changing characters is no longer an option
Posting and Privacy:
1. If you want your commission to be streamed on twitch or posted on my socials lemme know!
2. You can post the commission on your own if you want as long as you credit me. Do NOT claim as your own.
Time:
1. Time depends on my in real life schedule, I have a life outside of art, commissions take around at minimum a week and at max 2 months
2. If you order a commission for someone as a birthday or holiday gift ORDER REALLY EARLY, I recommend 2 months ahead of time!!
3. Schedules will be given when I begin a commission but if you need dates to be altered we can work something out
5. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS!! Sundays are rest days, besides my streams and opening of commissions, i will not give any updates or work on any commissions on sundays, if asked about progress i will kindly tell you to wait
Holding Slots
1. Holding a slot is allowed if you're willing to follow through the sunday I open commissions
2. If you hold a slot and aren't able to pay for it the next time commissions open your slot will be ignored until the next time they open
3. You're only able to hold one slot PER MONTH, once that held slot is followed through and paid for I will not allow you to be able to hold a slot for a month, other people want commissions too.
4. When paying for your commission from a held slot I will ask you to pay through the dono option instead of the commission toggle (on ko-fi)
5. You must ask permission to hold a slot, you can’t voluntarily hold a slot yourself, that’s not how this works, you’re not the boss

7. Membership discounts are not applied to slot held commissionsHOLDING A SLOT AND PURCHASING A SLOT ARE NOT THE SAME
Will draw:
- Pokémon
- Animals
- Ferals and Antros
- Furry and Scaly creatures
- Original Characters (OC’s)
- Weapons
- Fanarts (Ex/ TADC, CRK)(if there’s something you want that isn’t mention here please ask!)
Won’t draw:
- NSFW or Suggestive art (Nothing against it, just don't want to make it)
- Hate art
- Religious art (fictional Angels and fictional demons are okay)
- Political art (War, Politicians, etc)
- Mechanical Machines, Difficult weapons
- Gacha Life Characters (Just a personal distaste of mine :/)
- People (Not that I can’t, I just don’t wanna)
- Fetishes
- Heavy Gore (a little blood however is okay!)
