You wanna order a commission? I got you! This will tell you all you need before you order!

Commission TOS PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING(Split into categories)Purchasing:1. I have every right to decline your commission if the design is too complicated, uncomfortable for me, brings up any trauma, or if you’re being disrespectful2. When you commission me please contact me on Discord (My Discord: torchicmaster) This discord account is for BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY, it is not for any other interaction of any kind3. SUPER IMPORTANT!! YOU MUST HAVE A DISCORD ACCOUNT, When ordering add your discord account to the order so I can reach out to you, failing to add your discord will lead to your commission being DECLINED4. Please please PLEASE provide some sort of ref or even clear drawing of the character you want me to draw!! I cannot accept descriptions as a reference because that would count as a CUSTOM which would mean I will feel you’re ripping me off, so please provide a ref!!5. If you’re ordering a custom, I will accept descriptions or if you want another form of a character you have and give me a description of what you want of it, then that’s fine! Do not purchase a custom if you already have the character you want me to draw, created, because I will ask why? Why are you spending more money than you need to, there’s MANY other commissions you can purchase in my shop for whatever you want.6. If you’re ordering a reference sheet i will accept drawings and descriptions and I will communicate with you more often to help you create what you want so be aware and ready7. These commissions are not a way of donating even though I appreciate the donation, I just can’t accept it8. PLEASE READ THE “WILL DRAW” AND “WON’T DRAW” BEFORE PURCHASING PLEASEThe Commission itself:1. If there is a way you want the character positioned or expressioned please tell me or I will assume you will be fine with me testing to see what will work2. You cannot ask for a alternate version of the commission you purchased (like asking for a shiny version of your pokemon commission that is normal for example) because I will personally not be happy, I will ask you to pay AGAIN if you even want that to happen3. For a custom please give a proper description for what species you want, colors, personality to display, etc4. Please don’t get mad if I ask for more info about what you want in your commission, it’s your commission I’m going to try and make it the way you want and please, you’re paying for it5. Backgrounds are optionalPosting and Privacy:1. If you don’t want your commission shown publicly PLEASE LET ME KNOW2. If you want your commission posted online on my socials please TELL ME what platforms (twitter or deviantart or both) you want it to be posted on3. You can post the commission on your own if you want as long as you credit me, if you claim it as your own there will be consequences I’m not joking4. If you want me to not stream me drawing your commission please let me know because I stream myself drawing commissions on twitch oftenTime:1. I TAKE A WHILE TO DO THESE COMMISSIONS, I will tell you when I am beginning to work on the commission, you are able to change the character you want me to work on or whatever but once I say I started working on it YOU CAN’T CHANGE THE CHARACTER
I may take at least 1 month or if i have school or work it might take longer to do a commission so please be patient, I have a life outside of art2. If you order a commission for someone as a birthday or holiday gift ORDER REALLY EARLY

- Pokemon and Pokemon Oc’s
- Animals and Animal Oc’s
- Helluva Boss characters and Helluva Boss Oc’s
- (Might do humans but that VERY highly depends since that’s not my best skill set)
Won’t draw:
- NSFW
- Hate art
- Mechanical Machines and stuff like that
- Gacha Characters
- People (I might but there’s just really a high chance I won’t)
- Inappropriate stuff
- Heavy Gore
